The excellent service was provided in this unique and comfortable hotel. Silent & huge unit with terrace which was great. A safe, a sofa bed and central heating in the room. Perfect location in Prague close enough to the Old Town of Prague. Again, walking distance to Charles Bridge. What a very very good stay, nothing too much trouble.

This hotel was comfortable, with exceptional service and magnificent location in a cave at times. The property was located in the heart of the city. The Irish bar was a delightful surprise.

I had a great stay at the Charming Prague Apartments At Black Star. The location was excellent and the price was very good. The beds were comfortable and there was no street noise at all. The apartment felt like a real home with a nice touch of older furniture. The building was also very secure, which gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Prague.

I stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time. The apt is set right in the middle of a shopping area and 2 min for St Charles Bridge. Staying right above a wine bar is also a plus. The hotel owner is fantastic and wants to accommodate you with anything you need to make your stay in Prague amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to any type of traveler and have already booked the same room for Christmas time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the historical center. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just a stone's throw away from the famous Charles Bridge. The hotel offers a wide range of services and amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a heating system, and tea and coffee-making facilities. The sitting area provided a comfortable space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We were also grateful for the in-room safe, as it gave us peace of mind knowing our valuables were secure. The free Wi-Fi was a great added bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. The room was also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Outside, the hotel had a charming garden with comfortable furniture, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we had a truly enjoyable experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this exceptional destination.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff made the hotel a great place to stay at. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommended.
The television wasn't working properly and when we did get it to work we found that the channels were mainly Arabic.

The staff were very friendly and very welcoming. The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and just very pleasant to be in - it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast at Hotel Clementin was inexpensive and a very convenient option to fill-up before a day of sight-seeing. There is also a lovely little restaurant at the Black Star which serves great food at very reasonable prices, (but if you are on a modest budget stick to the house wines, they are perfectly good and the other wines are very pricey). All in all this was a perfect place to stay, and I would strongly recvommend it.
There is very little to complain about. There was a very large bath with no actual taps but instead a shower head at tap level, which was a bit odd - it meant that the bath took ages to fill and it was awkward to have a proper shower.

Great location, just minutes away from the Old Town Square and Charles' Bridge. Cozy apartment with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen for cooking or preparing breakfast. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep.
Poor ventilation and lack of natural sunlight in the apartment made it feel cold and cave-like at times. Low standard of cleanliness, with hair found on the bedding and worn out bathroom in need of renovation.
